    I have ordered from them several times and the cigars arrived looking good. Prices are competitive but every once in a while they will take a ridiculous amount of time to send out an order forcing you to call and inquire about the purchase. I believe they often times sell cigars online that they do not have in stock and give you the run around as the consumer. Buyer beware and if you are in a hurry..stay away!!

    No one answers the phone. Voice mailbox is full. Is this company real?

    Online order was placed and received and my card was charged for the item through their website. No shipping tracking was supported. I waited six day and finally called to check on the item ordered. They admitted they did not have the item in stock, so I cancelled the order. After receiving my card statement I notice I had been charged TWICE for this order and they had only refunded my card for ONE charge. I called and was told they would investigate and call me the next day. They never called. I called them again with a response that they would look into it. I did receive a call the following day with them stating that the second charge to my account would likely be an error by the ******************** After hanging up, I called my credit card company and advised them of the situation. NO, it was not the credit card company's error, the order was indeed double charged through ******** Cigar. At this point, I am letting my credit card company deal with ********. Never again!
