I purchased/traded a car long distance. I live in **************. *********** started June 2024. I am still owned 1 item from my signed "We Owe" document, which they refused to honor. It was agree upon and I received a signed "We Owe" document that I would received a 2 yr Warranty & 2 yr Maintenance -described by ******* 2YR MAINPOWER15 WARRANTY. I received the 2 yr warranty, but DID NOT receive the 2 yr maintenance They proceeded with the sale with out telling me that it DID NOT include the 2 yr maintenance - I only found out by reading the document it was not included I called and spoke to the sales manager **** ******. They accepted my wire transfer but never told me . After discussing I was offered and agreed to be paid $5,000. for the equivalent of 2 annual maintenances at my local St. ***** ******* dealership (annual maintenance = $2,500 per year). I received a revised signed "We Owe" document $5,000 is owed. knowing this omission I would have not done the deal but I did agree on the $5,000. The dealership is now not making the payment claiming the condition of my trade in (2006 ******* 430). I have acted in good faith through this entire process, and sent them everything that they requested regarding my trade in. On 6-24-24 I texted photos of my car and they replied asking for more info. On 6-25-24 I emailed them (2) documents 1. invoice regarding news tire in June 24 $3,300, 2. Copy of my car inspection report completed by St. ***** *******. With in 1 hour of emailing those documents I received a offer from the ** **** ******. In the next 3 days I received 3 more offers - never once did I get a phone/email/text asking about more info on my car. My car was shipped to AZ - they had possession of my car before shipping their car to ***. They are using the excuse of not paying the $5,000 when they had asked zero info regarding my car even having possession of my car. they could have canceled the deal but all they wanted to do was to sell me their car.

I purchased a pair of **** Pandas from the website - upon receipt of the shoes they are clearly not REAL ****s. The seller claims these were just defective and were manufactured by **** but theyre clearly FAKE. Now the seller is refusing to refund me and offering a 10% refund or store credit. Why would I buy another pair of shoes in hopes they send me better FAKE shoes??
