    I brought my laptop to this location a year ago for a screen issue. They said they fixed it and I payed but when I got home the keyboard now didn't work. I came back the next day and they took the laptop back saying they were going to fix it. I still don't have my laptop. I am a student and have had to buy a new one in this time. I have called multiple times and have been told a manager will reach out. I have filed complaints with corporate and still have received no resolution. They have taken my money and not given my computer back.

    We brought in my Apple Watch to see if they could fix it. Not only did they not fix it, they broke it worse. Before it held a charge and was just stuck on the Apple screen. Apple would have given us a $165 credit towards a new watch for it. Asurion cracked the screen and did something to the battery. Now it wont even hold a charge and Apple will no longer give us the credit.
