    Company will not stop charging my credit card after they have been told to STOP! They were charging our card 3-4 times per month for a monthly $150 service. They will not answer their phone or return messages any longer. After I emailed every address I had for them to stop services and stop charging our card, they hit it again for $995 in Sept. and again in Oct. for $150!

    Do not give this company your credit card information. They will charge your card years after you cancel service. We cancelled our service with them in early 2022 after there was no longer any customer support. The software has not been updated in ********************************* June of 2022 even though our support was paid until October 2022. We spoke to owner who agreed that they made a mistake and would reverse the charges. They also told us that they were going out of business and that support would end in October. They never reversed the charges and I finally had to report it as fraud to my cc company. We also sent an email in June of 2022 instructing the company to remove any auto billing and to remove my credit card information. Well we just got another fraudulent charge from them for $995.00. This time I reported it as fraud immediately since there is no longer any way to get in touch with the company. Also, I few years ago we had a 3 year contract with them and paid for 3 years up front. Each year, they "accidentally" charged my card and I needed to fight it. At that time, they were supposed to reverse the charges and again, I needed to get my cc company involved. The owner of this company is nothing but a *****.

    Tried calling and emailing numerous times for Support, and receive no response. Used to be great support , but not any longer.
