***** off look at bottom of BBB Policy customer reviews are not used to give score so just putting that out there they could be super amazing at tax resolution but my experience was not great they charge $499 for tax consultation most other tax companies will do this for free, to find qualified clients and to ensure they can help not make the situation worse in charging someone $499 Putting them into payment plan for service they cant afford as well financing options are all very high interest and low term they also dont complete work and less they are fully paid. Non of there Documentation uses any terms from IRS forms expanding on what forms they are going to file on your behalf.OverAll you pay $499 for transcripts and 30 days of ***** of ******** Protection, bad communication and unable to get updated documents on portal like others have said within their reviews. My advice find another tax Resolution Company to consult free then go from there.

This person is not customer and from what I can tell we have not had a conversation with this person either. I suspect this is a competitor trying to leave a bad review.

I was behind 3 years on my taxes as well as had an accountant in my business that hadn't lifted a finger for the past 6 years. Once I contacted ******* and told him my situation, she asked for my login information to QuickBooks as well as any documentation needed to resolve the past years taxes as well as this year's. After 3 months, my books are balanced again and it turns out I would have gotten a significant amount less back from the *** had I done the taxes on my own or gone to my local tax preparation business. This company has helped me immensely!
