I wanted to try the service and the designer I was assigned did not adequately fulfill my requests. I tried the service for three days, none of the artwork provided was anywhere close to usable then shut down the account I was then told I cannot receive a refund even though the company did not deliver in my design requests. I am part of a new beverage company and we had a working logo that needed slight improvements and the company could not understand what I was trying to communicate. Definitely need a refund this was totally ******* as far as design work is concerned. I would know I contract with local designers across ***************** this companies designers I feel do not have the skill set to deliver on logo designs. Bad quality bad experience pay me back please design pickle.

Great ************* LLC, aka *****************, subscribed to Design Pickle on February 5, 2024 with a Graphics monthly subscription. ************ paid Design Pickle a total of $499.00. Over the course of approximately three days, ************ submitted and received four graphic design requests. His subscription was cancelled after one month, on March 5, 2024.

Per Design Pickle's Terms and Conditions (see Section 6.4), which all customers are required to read and agree to upon engaging our services, monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refund. Furthermore, Design Pickle asserts that there can be a "dialing in" period with new accounts, where designers are learning style preferences and branding. Design Pickle was not given enough time to show ************ the value of our product, as ************ himself verifies that he only "tried the service for three days...".

For the aforementioned reasons, Design Pickle declines **************** request for a refund and considers this matter closed. Thank you.

    Kind regards,
    ******

The business is fraudulently promoting terms of service that they do not fulfill. They promote unlimited requests that are not fulfilled by them, and promote 30 days memberships that they do not fulfill, as they only work 5 days weeks, which they do not disclose until after the membership is purchased. They outsource to designers in other countries which they also do not disclose, and the the level of design work is not professional. They promote unlimited requests, but that is NOT true or accurate. Most of my requests were never picked up/assigned to anyone, and in 30 days (of near constant communication via slack and Design Pickle's portal with a "project manager") I was returned with 3 usable files for my business; this consisted of ONE unique image out of the 12 I had requested for a project, and a font file. Once you purchase the membership, you are prompted to purchase additional memberships to "increase design output" although they have not defined the output you can expect from a membership, aside from the "unlimited requests' they promise before signup. They promote **************************************************************** many cases. I had to request new designers when they returned work that looked as if it belonged in a children's book, the caliber of work smacks of super beginner status- and this of course takes additional time and handholding to bring a newly assigned designer up to speed; meanwhile the clock is ticking on your membership. You won't find out until after you sign up that they don't issue refunds for a partial month's service if you are unhappy with the service, and wish to cancel. Lastly, although you purchase a 30 day membership etc, the designers only work Mon-Fri, and if there are any holidays during that timeframe, you may only end up with 20 working days like I unfortunately did.
