      Since ********************** retired this place has been going Down Hill. My husband has permanent hearing Loss because an Emergency Appt. wasn't provided. When finally seeing by **********************, he walked to The Receptionist to ask her why wasn't an Appt. provided, when this should had treated as an emergency. I myself been a patient for more than 4 years and on Allergy injection protocol, but looks like I am going to look for another place to go. I never had Issues when getting my Appointment at Silverbell but since I retired and started with my care at Green Valley things had gotten very unbearable with the Receptionist, and Supervisors don't seams to care. I complained by e-mail to corporate Office, supervisors and The Receptionist continue with her Disrespectful, vindictive, totally evil, to a point that my husband, and my Sister decided to no go back there. Myself, didn't want to move because my Allergy injection am getting, but the situation had gotten so bad that I am done. after my last confrontation with her on 9-20-2022 decided to visit their web for reviews and 1/2 of the reviews are about this Receptionist. My question is, why is she been given so much power to treat Patients in such Diminish way.
