      I ordered my sons transcripts to be sent to me so I could send to his college. The college rejected the transcripts because they were stamped "unofficial". I had to reorder to have the transcripts sent directly to the college. No where does it state when ordering that if the college is not the recipient that they will be rejected. I immediately had to place an order for the transcript to be sent directly to the college. The college still has not received the transcripts from Parchment. Parchment won't refund the original useless order and has not replied why the second order has not been fulfilled. Their customer service is difficult to contact, rude and mostly unresponsive. I feel this service is a scam.

      Thank you for contacting Parchment. Parchment serves as a delivery service, it is up to the sending institution to fulfil the request. Your son's transcript requests were processed and fulfilled by the sending institution. Please note, it is up to the requestor to confirm if the recipient is willing to accept a transcript that is forwarded to them. For future orders please confirm with the recipient prior to forwarding a document. 

      Document ID TWF4FU7J has been refunded, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on the original payment method. 

      Document ID TWFWVTOS has been sent to the recipient, please ask your recipient to review the Parchment receive network for this document.

      I recently graduated from ********************* (***) in May of 2022. ISU uses Parchment as their diploma delivery service. My graduation date was 5/14/2022 and my diploma was shipped on 6/8/2022. While I received my digital diploma via email, my paper diploma never arrived. I filed a claim through Parchment's website on 7/8/2022 and attempted to follow up with them multiple times but have not received any response whatsoever. Their auto-reply message simply advised me to check their FAQ page (I had already done so) and that they would reply within 2 business days. It is now 7/14/2022. I am incredibly disappointed in their customer service and am not sure what lengths I'm going to need to go through in order to receive my paper diploma when this should be a very simple fix. I reached out to my university today to see if they may be able to help me, but since Parchment is the servicing company and students are supposed to file any complaints through them, I feel as though I've hit a brick wall. I am very displeased with Parchment's service and would highly encourage anyone thinking about using their service to reconsider. I just hope I am able to get this resolved and finally get my diploma that I worked so hard for (as any college student would hope).

      Thank you for contacting Member Support. We are sorry to hear that your diploma has not arrived to it's destination. Unfortunately this was issued via **** 1st Class Mail which is standard mail and does not include tracking or confirmation of delivery.

      I paid for my transcripts from a high-school i graduated from last year, after doing so I received an email saying my transcript request was cancelled and that the purchase amount would be credited to my account. I CANT EVEN USE THE SERVICES, SO WHY WOULD I NEED ACCOUNT CREDIT??? I filed a complaint asking for a proper refund due to me not being ineligible to use their services and they said they would reach out within 2 business days and it has been over a week! This is a proper SCAM. They credited my account so they could keep my money!!! Horrible customer services from a horrible business, I regret ever deciding to use their services thinking Id be able to get my transcripts smoothly.
