      The parchment representative and staff were empathetic and showed care for the delays due to the university hack! They assured me that I would receive my documents as soon as possible but I never imagined how expediently they would come through! Their care and competency restored my faith in humanity!

      Only ** transcripts after 1970 are digitized and available through Parchment. I had to request my 1968 transcript directly from the ** archives, which I received in a very reasonable amount of time. I did however receive my later 1995 transcript very quickly through Parchment..
