      Parchment does zero followup on transcripts and when they dont deliver as promised keep your payment. Impossible to contact and non-existent customer service.

      Most annoying website I've ever used. Most websites from phones allow you to paste saved information such as name, address, and such. This c*** site doesn't allow it. Will look like it will, but you'll then be told the stuff you entered was invalid and everytime you click something else, part of what you've already done disappears. Do not recommend.

      I was working on transferring to a new school so I had to order a couple transcripts through Parchment. I did not know it would be such a hassle. They say to allow **** days but I called multiple times after the 10 days and was still told by the system Its on the way. I still haven't received those transcripts and I ordered them on July 15th. The ones that I ordered to be sent directly to my school were ever received. Three of the four transcripts I ordered for two different schools were lost. Each time I called to speak to support, the system hung up on me. I attempted to use the online chat system and it had to be a bot because as soon as I spoke about getting a refund, it kept asking me if there was anything else I needed help with. Eventually the site finally gave me the option to order the transcripts electronically. Not sure why that wasnt an option before. I was admitted into the school the last day before the deadline because I could not receive any help from Parchment about my order. I had to scramble to get my class schedule set because of the delay from Parchment. I really wish schools would use a different service.

      My daughter was having issues with the Parchment website. She was trying to have her transcripts from one college sent to another. There is no true contact info that she could find except for email. It took her 5 days to receive a response only to still not get any assistance. She went back and forth with them and her former college. The website had the future college name but with her email address and she was trying to have the correct email listed. I tried contacting them by Live Chat and got a hold of someone named Ronin. Robing immediately asked How can I help you. Once I sent her my request, she replied with are you there? I havent heard from you in a while and sent me straight to the survey. Of course I have a negative review and retried again. To my surprise I got ***** again. The same incident occurred. Again, I gave a negative review that I would contact the **** There are too many people without jobs in this country to hire people who do not want to do their jobs but collect a paycheck. **************** *****. Finally, her former school was able to provide us with a phone number where we were able to get some assistance. The next day, my daughter receives an email from guess who? Yup *****. ***** stated I think it would be best if you could call us to have someone walk you through the process so you can stop struggling and get it done. What?? Why couldnt she just assist us in the first place? How rude is this representative. If this is the way this business operates and the type of customer service they provide, I want no parts with them.

      All I need are my transcripts. They cannot find mine. I am paying my **** to the school which was bought by someone else. They cannot find me with both names and Im curious and I need those transcripts ASAP. Who cares though because theyre just ruining my life right now.

      If I could give zero stars I would! Parchment.com is a horrible way to outsource your records, and now that more high schools are using it, it is making me concerned. My advice now for current high school students is to drop the heck out and do a GED test. At least that is easy to get a copy of. Parchment decided that they would cancel my order with my highschool because they couldn't find my records??? excuse me!? how the h*** do you have my GPA then on your platform? I don't get it. Also I HAVE not been credited back for the price I spent ordering the records you idiots messed up. You all are ruining lives. I think we should all file a class action lawsuit, because how the f*** are we supposed to go to college after all our hard detication to a ******* highschool if it was all for not. All of us students should *** your fraud of a company for s******* us over for life. I didn't waste 18 years of my life for an outsourced company to s**** me over. S**** you guys and the horse you rode in on. And shame on you for scamming public schools and their students.

      My transcript was sent to a different state and marked as non deliverable. I was never notified about this by Parchment until my school notified me that they need the transcripts to move forward with my admission. I called the customer service on 7/25/2022 at 9:17 AM. The agent on the phone did not even introduce herself. They did not take responsibility and blamed it on US *************** Agent on the phone told me to place another order with ***** instead! I'm sure the agent would have done the same thing if her order was shipped/mailed to another state; she would have just placed the order by paying again with a more expensive shipping this time. Makes perfect sense. When I said I wouldn't pay for something I have already paid, here is what the agent said: "It's your choice sir." I was surprised to face such an unprofessional and rude "customer service" agent. I immediately called the school and they mailed the transcripts directly without using their provider (Parchment) they have hired knowing that they can't be helpful, which is telling.

      ********************* is extremely rude in her emails. Very condescending and lacks customer service skills. If I could give her 0 stars I would. Website is a scam.
