    After careful thought of the possibility of Copyright loss, I decided to cancel not only a Script Review process with a Producer, I decided that this website will not enhance my career.I asked that both the Script Review and Monthly Subscription be canceled, but after going online and selecting 'Delete' as they tell you, and sending them numerous emails, the just keep sending back double-talk and we are going nowhere.Therefore, this is where we are at. I want refunds from both account charges and the cancellation of the subscription.

    I originally signed up for an online service called Stage 32. I paid for a membership in order to have access to applications for writing contests/writing jobs/networking. I finally decided to cancel my membership last month as I wasn't using the service. Unfortunately, I had memberships under 2 different emails/usernames as I have used and cancelled accounts with ********************** at various times over the past three years.I was having trouble closing my two accounts as they had been deactivated and I could no longer log in to request a termination of service. I reached out to Stage 32 via email and received a response from a member help specialist who informed me that both of my accounts have been closed. I was surprised to see that- despite written confirmation of my request to have my accounts terminated- I was billed twice for this past month. I would like to request that Stage 32 remove all of my information including payment accounts/methods and that they do not bill me ever again in the future. If they would be willing to reimburse me for the past month as I haven't used their services, I would greatly appreciate it.

    I paid $149.00 to Stage 32 on July 11, 2024 for a reader to review and give feedback on one of my screenplays. The review was supposed to take 2-4 weeks. After not hearing from anyone after 4 weeks, I contacted them several times. After two months, they said they'd have another reviewer provide notes on my script. After following up several more times about the status of the review, I've heard nothing from them and never received a review.

    I do not recall signing up with this company, however, they are inundating me with emails which relay to me that they have my mailing address and infer that I have a subscription with them. I have been trying to cancel through the website and when I try to delete my account, they state that I must cancel my subscription or I will have recurring fees. Again, these are fees I am unaware that I signed up for. I did not sign up to pay any membership fees. When I click their link to cancel this mysterious subscription, it takes me to a blank link. So, I cannot cancel this mystery subscription which has my billing address in their system- which I did not give to them- and therefore am afraid to delete my account. I want my subscription canceled immediately and I want to delete my account immediately. I believe this is predatory corporate behavior and they should not be in business. In an attempt to clear myself off of the site, I requested to change my name to "a lx."

    I have been asking for YEARS for this website to stop sending me emails. For the past 4 years actually. I used to be a member a long time ago. I deleted my account but kept getting emails asking me to spend money on their website. I have emailed time after time after time to remove me, and was told 'we've removed you', but they still send them. And now they found another email of mine, that I used over ten years ago, and are using that to send me solicitous emails now. I'm so tired of this. It is utterly disrespectful, abusive, and willfully manipulative. I did not give my consent to them to email me. I need all my information removed from their servers immediately. They need to stop.

    I filed 2 complaints on June 10, 2024. I also messaged the owners on their platform. They have refused to acknowledge my complaint.1.) Dear Support,I am writing to request all personal information be deleted from the following thread:******************************************************************************************* Secondly, I want to file a complaint regarding ********************************* posts. I believe as a lounge moderator, he should discourage any form of personal attack. ************************** repeatedly attacked my character publicly. ********************* posts tacitly supported her accusations and behavior. More recently, he posted the following:Never replying to anyone on this platform?" Not anyone, ***********************. Just anyone who's confrontation. Confrontations don't happen on Stage 32 a lot, but in my opinion, the best thing to do on here like any other social media is to keep from responding. And if things get too out of hand, you could email ********************************** about the situation.This post confirms his position that he considers me to be confrontational. He should not be making accusations once someone leaves the platform. This conversation should not have continued publicly once I left.I request to hear from ****** or *** to understand Stage 32's official position.Many thanks,******************* 2.)     This company is notoriously bad for continuing to contact me via email, despite my many attempts to unsubscribe. They push their paid services, and Im sick of it. Note - the email address they have on file is different than the one I submitted here. They spam ***********************

    I have been asking and asking and asking for well over a year for my email, ***************************** to be removed from their entire system and was told it was 'done', but it has not been done. I have not been a member of their site for over a year and I have unsubscribed over and over. It does nothing. I have emailed people directly and was told it would be taken care of, but I am still receiving emails from them constantly. I reply to each one asking them to stop sending me emails but my requests are ignored every time. So now I have to file a complaint in order to get this taken care of once and for all.

    You see I am an autistic writer. I have been writing ever since I was a little girl. I signed up for this platform called Stage 32. I signed up in the first place hoping to get a career I always wanted. That is a career in animation. I have always created characters of my own and wrote stories about them. I am also learning to turn my stories into a screenplay.But the point of my message is this, I was using Stage 32 for a while. Really enjoyed it too.But after a while, I started getting trolls on my account. The worst part was the website did not have a system to block users.I contacted the support team about these users and told them who the users were. I reached out to them on January 13. On January 18, I got these cruel email from an email address called *********************** It was sent to an email address that I do not use. I however did not see this email until February 3 because as I mentioned I dont use this email address. I will post at the end of the email what was said.I even went on Sitejabber and gave them a bad review. After I give them a bad review, I get this personal message from a user named ************** calling me a Loser. The even stranger thing is, I left another bad review about a company and nobody sent any evil personal messages like that to my account. Dont you think that is a bit suspect how after I leave them a bad review, somebody had something to say unlike other times I never had this happen?I am only bringing this up to you guys because this could possibly be an act of discrimination because I have autism. I was open to the support team on that website about I have autism and is easily affected. I am only bringing this up as a possibly not a fact.There is something not legit about Stage 32 and I do believe somebody needs to investigate them. As I mentioned before, I will attach the email I got from the user. My mother did say something to them to defend me.
