    On 12 Apr 25, my husband and I attended the performance in **********, **. The show was fine however, I'm Jewish and it was Passover so I ordered a Kosher meal. The website said to order once you get there. The front desk said to ask our Server. The server said I should have preordered and they would have to send out and I'd get it in a doggy bag to go after the show. He came back with "good news" saying they had one left from the night before. When the meal came it was not as described on the website (chicken breast pieces in gravy, roasted potato, green beans and fruit or cookie). What I got was a lousy TV dinner of Salisbury steak and mashed potatoes still in the white plastic tray with plastic film on. And, not even a good TV dinner - think school cafeteria food or hospital food. Worse than a Hungry Man meal. I paid $75 for my ticket and they should reimburse me for my lousy/in-eatable meal, I estimate half the cost (half for show half for the meal).

    well I took my 91 yr old mother to the castle for her 91st birthday and did the upgrade to the Queen upgrade with special seating well Mom and I are short and when they did the ground battle and lot of the show we did not see ! I was told when I did the upgrade you can see better with the upgrade! Which is false the upgrade you are on the bottom of the arena and cant see ! It is better to see from the upper terrace not at the bottom. I wrote customer service on Sept 9 2024 and complained and as of yet I heard NOTHING from any management team ! It is sad you pay this outregous amount and there was 13 in my party and one couple was shocked that NO one tells you what the glasses the children ordered so 2 children glasses with slushsy and 2 alcohol drinks cost 147 dollars No prices no menu NOTHING. So needless there was several people in my party NOT happy. Than before you even eat or get served your meal you have to pay a tip ! And you can NOT say NO
