      This is the worst gap insurance company out there people! Please, if you purchase a car and the offer gap insurance please make sure its not through CNA National - you think you would be covered if you total your vehicle not at all they do not cover the interest left owed on the car the only pay the value the adjuster says its worth - also, when you file a claim, you have to do all the work get the police report you have to provide the title The original contract sales agreement and much more while youre trying to hold down a job or two in my case- they do nothing to help you I have all the emails and documentation for anyone that wants to see Please search for another gap insurance provider I would hate to hear about anyone else getting robbed like I did hopefully enough people out there will see this and maybe they will go out of business soon - I left one star but it would only be an 1/8 of a star

      This is on the most unprofessional ignorance, office and business Ive ever had to deal with and contact in my entire life specially in the gap department. I have spoke with ****** and ****. They werent respectful in any way or form literally it sounded like they were trying to argue with me the entire time my phone call with ****** today. She talked over me the entire time wouldnt let me finish a complete sentence and then hung up in my face when I call back and speak with someone else they wont tell me any supervisor names. Tell me they have to get off the phone because the office is about to close after I just got hung up on and never even got my question answered I will contact them again tomorrow and if I dont get my issues resolved and a supervisor name, I will be contacting a lawyer, this business is not running correctly in any way shape or form and needs to Be looked into

      TWO DAYS , TWO HOURS ON HOLD TO START A CLAIM ATA DEALERSHIP.
      WE SOLD THE CONTRACT.
      HOPE WE DROP THEM COMPLETELY, THIS COMPANY , I DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

      This company is joke do not waste your money on this. It is a night mare getting to talk to someone and they completely take advantage of you and the repair facility. They don’t care about nothing but not paying for what I was sold from the dealership.

      Purchased this warranty in 2019 with my new vehicle at Sheridan Nissan Delaware. Sheridan refuses to make a minor repair which is covered h see the extended warranty I purchased but cannot get through to file a claim. Sheridan pushed it back on me and I cannot get through either. $2000 warranty fraudulently sold to me by Sheridan Nissan Delaware. Not sure which fraudster is more Dispicable. Look at the rest of the reviews. All say the same thing. How can this company continue to operate and rip people off without any consequences?

      Weeks of repeated calls are often required just to reach a representative. Hold times consistently range from 45 minutes to 2 hours, with some transfers taking nearly an hour on their own. The process feels intentionally difficultdesigned to wear down anyone seeking support. It genuinely seems the company is playing a game of: How badly do you want our help?Once connected, if so, representatives exert no flexibility or willingness to help. Despite a $4,000 service contract, not a single mechanical repair has been approved or reimbursed. Every claim is met with delays and denials regardless of how reasonable or urgent the situation. CNA Nationals coverage appears to be a pay-now, get-nothing-later system. For anyone considering this company, expect frustration, wasted time, and zero return on investment. Look elsewhere, and keep your peace of mind knowing that that service will do what you have invested your valuable time and hard earned money to do.

      As a Service Advisor this is one of the worst companies to deal with. On hold times are minimum 45 minutes to over 1 1/2 hours to reach anyone. They do not allow the repair facilities to make any money on parts. They want to ship in their own or charge the customer the difference in price. Once was a great company to work with but NO MORE. Most repair shops do not want to deal with company anymore. BUY ELSEWHERE.

      My 2018 Ram 1500, has a wiring issues. *** denied my claim. Because they said it was due to corosen. Bull ****, the wiring is in the back on top of the engine. The wiring looks brand new. The wiring burnt at the clip. I'm calling a lawyer.
