    I bought my bike three months ago, and it included a warranty/service contract that I was told I could cancel within thirty days, and get a refund. I did so, and within the timeframe required, and was verified by the *********** did not happen. I have been in touch with three members of management and all give me an 'everything's fine" response. It is now nine weeks and this has not been completed. I am making payments on a loan that should not exist - I am spending money needlessly that I can't recover. These two contracts need to be cancelled immediately and I should be made whole.
