      I visited Trajan Wealth and the appearance was fine as well as the greeting staff. The advisor proceeded to ask me the same questions that I had ALREADY answered before the appointment. I am not in the habit of doing the same thing twice. I felt disrespected. A waste of my time; I also felt as if a relationship was being forced upon me which is gained by performance not by grilling me on my hobbies or interests. They did my a **** FAVOR by telling me to seek another company. Let your instincts guide you. When I had the feeling Trajan Wealth was more interested in their wealth than mine I am outta there. Proof you can advertise and bring in clients however treating clients like I was treated will hopefully trigger instincts of the **** slash client.

      We hope that your expectations are better met with your new Advisor. At Trajan Wealth, we do try to get to know Clients on a deeper level and we appreciate you mentioning that. We also want to be sure we have your most accurate financial information, and sometimes that involves going over things again just to make sure nothing has changed and that we have the best information so we can most effectively advise you.  In my 20 plus years in the industry, I can confidently say that most Clients would appreciate this approach. Long term performance matters of course, but so does a long- term mutually engaging relationship.
