      On February 18th I rented an aircraft from Scottsdale Executive Flight Training (SEFT). SEFT sent me an invoice on February 19th for the rental, fuel, and taxes, which I agreed to and paid. On March 1st SEFT charged my credit card without my authorization for $162.10 and $57.88. After questioning the charge, they accused me of damaging the plane and noted these were the additional charges I was responsible for. SEFT Owner *************** threatened to charge me even more ($1325) if I did not "take responsibility" for the damage. SEFT has no proof that I damaged the plane, and they fraudulently charged my card without my authorization. Additionally, the employee that charged my card sent an email informing me she was forced to do so by ***************************. The employee was terminated by *************************** when she refused to send a fraudulent response to my credit card company once I disputed the transactions.
