    I was delibertly mislead and lied to by "******" of this *** store #****, at **************, **********, **, when I went to ship a box with ***, and dramatically upcharged. I shipped the exact same box and materials using my *** account and the charge was $22.49 two week previously. As I was on travel, I was unable to print out a label. 1) I was informed that it would be $***** dollars to ship ***, when asked why so expensive, was informed *** had increased shipping costs due to fuel surcharge. 2) When stating that the shipment should be $22.49 based upon the *** site, was informed the only other option was AIR shipping at $92.53 3) I was told by employee "******" that delivery would be guaranteed on Friday March 17th, 2023 with the $ ***** option. 4) When I opened my account that evening at my hotel, the cost was indeed $22.49 for *** shipping with an arrival of Friday March 17th. 5) It arrived Monday March 20th, 2023. 6) I was told that it shipped ***, but when using tracking number to cancel/recall the shipment due to the OVERCHARGE, it didn't work 7) Finally identified that it was a US ****al System tracking number 8) DID NOT AUTHORIZE shipment to be via ***S. 8) I both emailed, called and submitted a complaint to the local location and the UPS Store company and have never been contacted regarding my complaint. Finally, WHY would I go to a *** store to ship other than ***??? (If I had wanted to ship US ****al Servise there was a **** office only a few streets away). DATE: 14 March 2023 TIME: 3:30 PM CHARGE: $68.13 TRACKING NUMBER: ********************** EMPLOYEE: "******" #****** REQUESTED RESOLUTION: Refund the difference between the upcharge by the employee and the actual cost to ship via ***. *** SHIPPING CHARGE SHOULD HAVE BEEN: $22.49 REFUND AMOUNT: $45.64 ATTACHED: original receipt, original shipping reciept, Screenshot datestamped 14 March of *** shipping costs, Screenshot of ***S tracking.
