I have a GAME 50D sand filter and pump. Theyre a few years old. I was noticing sand in my pool, so starting trying to reach out to the company in July. I reached out via phone call and email multiple times since the beginning of July with no response. I made it clear in my communication that I wanted to purchase replacement parts as I know this is out of warranty. No one that I left voicemails with has answered/called me back since July. I would have liked the company to contact me so I could purchase replacement parts. I would consider speaking to them if they got in touch soon. However, I guess when summer comes around again and were ready to put up the pool again, I will have to support another business instead.

On March 7, 2022 I purchased a Game SandPro 75D 3/4 HP sand filter for my above ground pool. The beginning of November I noticed the motor was leaking from the gasket. I contacted the location I made the purchase and I was informed I needed to contact the manufacturer which I did on November 10, 2022 by both phone and email. I finally received a response on November 15, 2022 from *************************** stating "I would be happy to submit your warranty claim for review. Could you please provide a complete name, mailing address, phone number, copy of your receipt, and a video of the leak please." Which I did on November 16, 2022. (Please see attached emails).. By November 22, 2022 I had not received a response so I sent a second email requesting an update, explaining that the pump had completely stopped working and my pool had started turning green. To date I have not received any information, phone call or anything from ********************* or any representative of this company regarding my warranty claim. I understand this happened during the holidays so I tried to be patient but I have sent a few follow up emails and several follow up phone calls and left messages each time. When calling you can only leave a message, no one answers the phone. My pool is now black, it has been 2 months since first contact and only a little over a month before the one year warranty expires. I will be filing a small claims lawsuit against this company for the price or replacing the motor and replacing the water in my pool as well as the price for the chemicals and work need to return my pool back to its original state. This pool is not only for my personal pleasure but is also used for the autistic young man I care for therefore with summer returning I can not be without this pool and they are putting an undue burden on me financially as well as a strain on my employment. If I had known this was the way they handled business I would never have purchased their product.
