      I brought a window for $620 from this company back in Oct of ***************************************************** keeping $310 of money. The owner of the company Pat called me about a window that I had purchased for a residence that I no longer lived at. I informed him that the house was being sold and since the window didn't get installed what happens to the money that I paid. He proceed to say to me to give him the information that I had already provided to one of his employees back in Oct, when I placed the order. *** informs me that she was no longer with the company. I was also told that I had to pay 10 or 15 percent for someone to come out and the measurements the window so it can be ordered. Again why do you want the information when I am informing you that the house is up for sell, so that means they went though another company. I also asked why are you just now reaching out to me when I purchased this window back in November or Oct? He said you purchased it in October. If the window never gotten installed why you didn't call me months ago? It's now June of 2024. He said again can I have the landlords number. I went to go look for it. I proceed to give him the information and some how the phone hung up. By the way he was very rude to me. His tone was unpleasant because I wanted my money back. I called my attorney to mentioned the situation. She called him and informed him what is doing is not professional. He said he would get back to me in an hour. Within the hour he called back and said he found the information. He said he see that they called the landlord ******, whom never returned their call. Then *** proceed to say to me let me give you half of the money back and we call it even. Since you didn't do anything wrong and I didn't do anything wrong. I was a bit confused with the conversation because he didn't provide the service I paid for and he shouldn't be allowed to keep the other $310 of my money.
