This company is a complete scam from top to bottom. I have been working with this company for 8 months trying to get them to start a e-commerce store with them. Communication with them was terrible from the beginning right up to when I canceled with them. Ask a question and it was often weeks or no response at all from them. They were quick and happy to charge you for setting up a website that never actually worked. I would strongly encourage anyone thinking of working with this company to never contact them. Keep looking elsewhere! Someone actually claiming to be the owner actually responded to a review I left them on a popular search engine, claiming he was going to look into my complaint and contact me. Guess what...he never contacted me. Appears the "owner" suffers the same communication issue their employees do.Complete scam!

On 3/30/2020, I was charged $288.71 (including $41.01 for shipping & $2.70 for insurance) as pre-order payment on a Colt Python through the online/website business of *****************/Gearfire. On 3/31/2021, in an email from *****************/Gearfire, I was offered a refund on the original card because the Colt Python was back ordered and they were unable to fulfill the order. On 4/22/2022, I requested a refund. Today, 11/4/2022, *****************/Gearfire emailed saying they are giving me a $245 credit on their website with a minimum $500 purchase. They would make me pay another $255 to use the $245 online credit but the $500 minimum purchase was not explained or disclosed before the original transaction. ***************** also said to deal with the website, Gearfire, because they can't help me. Gearfire is not a "gun shop", as it says on the BBB listing. Gearfire is a website. *****************' online commerce is operated by Gearfire to "take their firearms business to the next level" according to Gearfire's website. I wrote to Gearfire today on their website and asked for a refund. I'm waiting for the reply.
