We left this gym with funds remaining in our commitment account which is used for competitions and apparel. I was told the gym policy was to refund commitment accounts within 45 days of the last meet of the season. This last meet of the season was the first weekend of February. February 5, 2024: I was in contact with ******* on regarding their policy and my refund. March 22, 2024: I sent a follow up email to ******* inquiring about the refund of remaining funds, no response.April 2, 2024: I sent another follow up email to ******* asking when to expect a check to be mailed, no response.April 8, 2024: I sent another email to ******* asking for an update April 8, 2024: Received an email response from another parent on team who was assisting with parent communication. She asked for patience as ******* had been traveling internationally with another gymnast.May 3, 2024: I sent another email asking for a date of when I could expect to have a resolution to the remaining funds in our account This has been an extremely disheartening episode concerning a refundwhich has taken an inordinate amount of time and effort on my part to resolve and I still have not received a check that should have been sent to me in March.

On August 12, 2023 we notified the owner of Rebound West, *********************************, that our daughter will no longer be doing gymnastics at her gym. She sent an email the next day letting me know she would contact her office manager, *******, to get our refund check out to us. She also told me she it would probably be less the amount of the ****** Jam competition she already committed our daughter to for the season. I sent multiple emails, voicemails and text messages since then asking when to expect my refund. She ignored all of these attempts. I ended up going to the gym on Friday, September 1 to see her in person. She asked if she could help me, as if she had not idea why I was there. When I asked for my refund, she told me she was too busy and that I wouldnt get anything back until the end of the season. She could not give me a date. When I told her I would be contacting the BBB, she told me to go for it! I also went into my daughters *** gymnastics account, as well as contacted the person hosting the ****** Jam event. According to ***** office, my daughter has never been signed up for this event. This woman has lied every year about competitions she claims to have enrolled us in. I want my money back!!
