    Hello, I recently withdrew my daughter from my local Little Gym and am still being charged a "past due fee" in which there should not be a past due balance. I paid for her to attend one month $99 (membership fee waived) and they are attempting to bill me again which my daughter did not attend. I was told by the gym manager ****** that the electronic membership agreement stated the 30 days but I did not see that and signed up verbally with Coach ******* and this was not explained to me. I feel as if this is a manipulative way to obtain people's money and horrible customer service. This will be reported.

    Good morning I enrolled two of my children (ages 3 and 6) in Little Gym on June 1. When enrolled it was explained to me that it would be 'easy' for them to attend a make up class if they were out, for any reason. They attended one class on June 5th together. The following week they were sick. I called and spoke with ********* (the owner) a few days later (today) to try and get the two of them into a makeup class. ********* looked, but classes were full. This was contradictory to what I had been told, it would be 'easy' to reschedule them in case they were out. ********* then proceeded to explain that this was only a courtesy and never a guarantee. This was not how it was explained to me upon registration. I asked then if the membership could be extended this month so that we are not paying almost $200 for two classes this month, ********* was unaccommodating, but continually insisted I could simply bring them to another class despite the fact that we had just gone through the calendar with multiple full classes. Requesting a refund and no further charges. Or at the very least, charge for the class we attended and refund the remainder of the month. The program is not as was described prior to registering. Also, I attempted to message 'corporate' through the website, the form only allows a few characters to be submitted.
