    We received the hearing aids May 1, 2024, after my husband had gotten out of the hospital for major surgery. He started wearing the HA's some, but kept saying all they would do is buzz in his ear. We had to recharge them about every hour. I tried calling (phone not connected) so I texted them several times and e-mailed (daughters computer) 3 times. Have NEVER had a reply yet. On Soc Sec only and can't afford to be out that much money with no product. Please help. My husband has been in and out of hospital several times so I have not been able to do anything till now They do not hold a charge and I even paid for extended coverage

    I ordered hearing aids. $144.32 deducted from my checking account. After a month and no product canceled order. Order #****** canceled on March 4, 2024. Have email verifying. To date after numerous attempt. Have received no refund.

    I made the purchase of 3 boxes of hearing aide in November of 2023. The items were returned on 12/15/2023. Since I did not hear from the return, I emailed them on 1/17/2024, 1/25/2024, 3/6/2024, and 4/1/2024. Still had not received the refund. I did nothing after that time because of family problems. I tried several times in December 2024 to reach them, but no response. It wasn't until after researching that I learned that they were not refunding people's money back and they no longer ********** complaint is that it is January of 2025, I still have not gotten my refund. I attempted to contact them, and every time I try my email bounce back to me. When I use this email: To: Bossa Support Team (Bossa Hearing) ********************************************* it comes back with my email address in the to address bar. I am not sending the email to myself. After trying to contact them through this channel, I decided to file this complaint about them. This has been going on since 2023. I don't know what else to do.

    Purchased Bossa Proton Max with 2 year extended warranty on 2/23/24 at $155.82 for hearing aid and $21.20 for extended warranty. My hearing aids did not arrive until 5/1/24. Last night my hearing aid broke and the company is closed and no way to redeem my warranty or get work done on them. The phone number and email all are disconnected. Ive contacted my credit card company they gave me a phone number not listed but it doesnt work either. I would like a refund totaling 100%

    Units failed after 8 months of wearing occasionally. Tried to contact...appears the business is closed completely.

    My mom is hearing impaired and seen an advertisement for Bossa Hearing aids to help with the ringing in her ears. I ordered them for her and she tried them on and said they were uncomfortable. After debating whether she wanted to exchange them or get a refund she finally decided on a refund. Sent the hearing aids back just like the came and let the support team know. It has been over a year and I have yet to receive a refund. I honestly just keep getting the runaround.

    I ordered a pair of hearing aids on April 22 2024. It was for TX-5 Mini Plus . They told me they were doing the order. Time had gone on and I tried several times to contact them but no answer. Since then the phone is busy, no one to answer, Please try later. How can they get away with stealing from people?

    I bought those hearing aid as a present for my Mother in law, now I understand why she was complaining that they don't work. I though it was her silliness, luck of desire to use them. Lately I found out that this was scam I want to return the bossa hearing aids back and get reimbursed for the amount I paid $134.94

    May 06 2024 I ordered the hearing aids and a Bossa ear cleaner for a total of ****** dollars i contacted the company about delivery and was responded with "your order is being pressed " I have had medical issues forgot about it till now and have realized I never received the products. Do I have any way to receive a refund.
