    I called this place numerous times after I canceled the subscription. To reinstate. I heard from someone last year . He was like you can keep it at 34 but we did jump up to 50 . I said no I want to be the original price since I did my 2 year contract . No contact since then. I called this week . Nothing I called Friday morning .. nothing ! Is someone stalking my home ? From there I wired????

    We contacted this company over and over trying to cancel. we have left messages we have talked to them and they will say they will call us back and never do. Just got a call that they are sending us to collections for unpaid services. They originally wanted $200 now want over $600. This is years after we have been trying to cancel. This company is a scam. Will make sure we let everyone know. Shadey practices and will not let you cancel

    We purchased a "spec" home from **** Brothers. iWired was a sub-contractor on the home providing various wiring for future ******************** services. As part of their scope of work, iWired included a $2400 rack to be used for connecting audio and video equipment as part of a future automation connection. The rack was never delivered and we declined further upgrades to the system once we closed on the house. Our dispute is that we have paid for the rack, it has not been delivered and has no purpose since we are not using iWired for automation services. We have sent 8 emails requesting a refund for the rack without any resolution on their part. My last email requested the contact information for the *** which did not receive a response.

    The rack was part of the order of the house. Unfortunately, iWired cannot refund any money for equipment and this request would need to go through your home builder.

    I purchased a keypad lock for our new home through our builder. I was told I needed to conact iWired for an appointment. I have called multiple times and only once received a callback to ask me additional questions about my purchase. I was promised a callback and never received one. I have been trying to get my keypad lock installed for over two weeks and iWired is unresponsive.

    This lock was not purchased through us. It was purchased through the builder as seen on page 5 of the documentation sent by the homeowner. iWired has no responsibility for this lock. I spoke with the builder and they apologized if someone in their office sent the homeowner our way for the lock. The builder said that the lock is on back order and that they would reach out to the homeowner to explain. I texted with the homeowner and they said that they understood they would need to speak to their builder. Homeowner will need to contact Mattamy Homes in regards to product purchased from them.
