    the lengthly explanation I just wrote somehow got deleted??  I have had hand surgery and it is very painful to do this.  I would appreciate a call so we can figure out another form of communication.  I can meet someone in your office with supporting documentation. Thank you  ***** *******

    Sonora West Development is working directly with the client to address her concerns.  However, she had not previously addressed those concerns with Sonora West Development. We only became aware of those concerns after she had others perform work, thus likely voiding her warranty.

    ***** ******* is no longer working with Sonora West Development/***** ******** as the numerous previous roof repairs (total 6 leaks) continue to deteriorate.  
    Since I moved into the house 8/17/2020 I had 3 roof water leaks into the main living area within 18 months.
    Kong Construction who contracted with Sonora West to install the roof were responsible for repairing these sites.  During the 3rd repair 
    (all 3 leaks were from the same area) the Sonora West supervisor had to demand Kong to remove the materials and start over. Otherwise it would 
    not have been correctly repaired.  ***************** is not a professional roofer.
    The warranty with Sonora West was for 1 year and 2 years for leaks.  After the 4th leak on the other side wall of the main living area (12/2023) I contacted 
    *** ***** owner of Kong construction since the warranty with Sonora West was expired.  He said it was repaired and not to worry.  I trusted him.
    At my own expense I had the drywall repaired/sanded, then painted the entire side wall and had to have custom made baseboards (No longer available
    from manufacturer) reattached.  During the first hard rain (AZ monsoon season) in July the same area leaked again this time much more damage not 
    only to the wall but to the ceiling.  No longer having trust or confidence in Kong I called in a reputable roofer (they do most of the homes in my neighborhood
    of multimillion dollar homes).  Before it could be completely repaired it rained again resulting in increased interior damage (into the kitchen area) so I could
    not take a chance of more damage, time was of the essence. They had to repair 3 large areas.  I have now included Chubb my homeowners insurance company.  
    Their engineer and a private expert roof consultant assessed the roof and all agreed it would continue leaking as the original roofer had used defective materials 
    and the installation was sub standard.  Before I had anymore damage (it was still monsoon season with frequent rains) and concerns about being dropped from 
    my insurance company, *****, I hired a reputable roofing company to replace the entire roof with the correct underlayment materials and slates.  The foam roof 
    was also faulty and that too had to be corrected (drains were higher than roof material so water pooled and some drains do not have covers). Not only did I pay 
    Sonora West in 2020 to install a quality roof (again this is a multi-million dollar home in one of the finest neighborhoods in **********) but now I have huge costs to 
    repair and replace my roof as well as interior repairs.  The personal stress and chaos related to these 6 leaks has taken a toll on my health.  The only acceptable 
    solution for Sonora West is to reimburse ***** ******* for all direct and indirect costs of this horrible and disturbing issue.

    October 13, 2024, *** ******* responded that she is having difficulty providing a written response due to hand surgery. She requested a phone call to figure out another form of communication and offered to meet at our office with supporting documentation. October 13, 2024, Sonora West Development called *** ******* and left a voice message to schedule the meetingwe followed up in e-mail. *** responded to our e-mail by withdrawing her request to meet at our office with supporting documentation.
