    We purchased a spa from company told we got the best deals. We did not get to see our unit as it was not on the showroom floor. We found out there was a first responders teacher discount advertised for $500 off we did not get and Black Friday offer was $2000 off not $1000 promised. We did not like the unit when it arrived and was set up in the space it looked cheep and my husband cannot fit in it. We told sales person **** but she said only recourse was to talk to owner. It has been a week and no word as to a resolution.

    We provided the customer with the option to upgrade to a different spa model with full credit for the return of the smaller spa they selected and were not happy with. The customer has selected an upgraded, larger spa therefore this issue has been resolved. We request that the customer remove this complaint. Thank you.

    I called for service April of 2021, they told me the Spa was still under warranty.They send out a service person 2 months later. they started the first process and thy sold me they would have to come back. They never returned. I called and spoke with ****** the manager of store, Kept call and leaving voice mail never received a reply. Now its a YEAR later and still nothing. The spa cracked in two places and the shell was warrantied. They said back in April of 2021.They said they were very busy i have been waiting very patiently because of the pandemic. But this has been way to long. I feel its should have been repaired by now.
