    ON 7/247/23 Coopers Hawk Health took out $39.95 from my bank account. I have no idea who they are nor have I signed up for anything with this company. I have tried to call many times and get either a busy signal or the phone just hangs up. I want my money refuded.

    This company withdrew $39.95 from my bank account without authorization on 7/1/23. Every time I dial the number provided, the phone rings and hangs up! I want my money back and want to make sure they don't withdraw anymore funds from my account.

    Stole money from my bank account at 5:30am on 7/8/2023. I have put fraud charges on it but they need to stop doing this to people.

    On 6/15/23 a charge of $39.95 was placed on my debit card by a subsidiary of Coopers Hawk Health Inc going by the name of ProtectWeb.This charge was not requested by nor authorized by me and resulted in an overdraft of my account.On 6/16/23 when I saw the charge on my account, I immediately reached out to my bank and subsequently ProtectWeb regarding the transaction. I was assured that the payment would be refunded by the end of the following week. I have called again multiple times because I did not receive the refund. Today on 7/3/23 two gentlemen insisted that the money was refunded on 6/19/23 and very adamantly insisted that they would not further investigate after I had been promised by multiple others that they would find out what was going on.They refused to give any additional information about the refund when I asked the specific method or for the last four digits of the debit card they refunded. Since this last conversation, they have blocked my number.The 888 number on Coopers Hawk's website is not a working number so I am basically no where and still do not have my money back.

    The company took $39.99 from my bank account without authorization.I have never heard of a company nor have I ever done business with them yet somehow they took the money from my bank account without authorization.After looking into the company, their address is a PO Box, and they have done this numerous times from numerous people from various parts of the country, all of which state they have taken money from their bank accounts without their authorization.It seems they were running a scam by taking peoples money and not offering any services. The phone number will not connect as soon as it rings, it cuts off until nonworking number evidently so they are just crooks thieves and scammers.I would like to have the operator of the company *********************** arrested and charged with fraud in the business closed
