    I signed up with Clear2drive for an interlock device per court order in June 2023. I informed them that I qualify for the indigent rate, which is a ********** law. They said they recently bought the company from Alco Interlock and was not familiar with the indigent rate but would look into it. At their request I emailed them the documentation (attached) that verifies my income and qualifies me for the indigent rate. I continued to call them on a bi-monthly basis as they kept sending me notices saying they were going to shut off the device until I made a payment. To keep from being shut off, I borrowed money and have made a couple payments. I am requesting that they provide me the indigent rate, backdated to June of 2023 as they are required to do by law. I appreciate your assistance as I have made multiple attempts with no resolution. Thank you. *****************************

    Clear2Drive has been able to resolve this matter directly with the customer. Per the customers request and after review of all required documentation submitted from the customer, ********************** was able to apply the ********** indigent rate to the customers account. This new rate was applied to the entirety of the customers account, resulting in the customers desired monthly rate and an account credit applied. A Clear2drive representative spoke to the customer directly via telephone while resolving this matter, concluding with the satisfaction of the customer.
