    Probably the worst hiring process I've ever done. I had to record myself answering questions that could've been typed in a document. They were not willing to make an exception and withdrew my application without my consent. I'm honestly not sure how people say this place is a great place to work...

    Were sorry that this reviewer wasnt happy with our hiring process, as its a process we invest considerable resources into and take great pride in. Among other things, we try to personally review and respond to every single one of the *****+ applications we receive for each open position. Indeed, a video interview is one of several required parts of this process for all applicants, for manifold reasons. But we would have given anyone who questions our video interview portion of the process the option to (a) submit your video interview, or (b) withdraw your application if our process or company wasnt an ideal fit for what youre looking for.Because of how seriously we take our recruiting process, it has yielded great results for us, and the vast majority of applicants including applicants who do not get selected for hire seem to really appreciate it.
