  BEWARE OF OVERPRICED PARTS Although the technician left the irrigation controller in program mode, he was friendly and efficient, and the problems seem to have been fixed. However, I must object to the amount I was charged for parts. My invoice indicates a charge of $36 for (8) 1/2" poly fittings (used to splice new poly tubing to existing poly tubing) and a charge of $35 for 6 linear feet of 1/2" poly tubing. That equates to $4.50 for each fitting, and $5.83 per linear foot of poly tubing. At a local big box store (H.D.) these fittings can be purchased for $1.27 to $2.47 each, depending on the brand and style. $4.50 is a 182% to 350% markup. The poly tubing can be purchased at a local big box store (H.D.) for $17.48 for 100 linear feet, which equates to ****** per linear foot. I was charges $5.83 per linear foot, a 3400% markup!Hopefully contractor grade parts were used and, granted, these will be more expensive than parts from the big box store. But 34 TIMES as expensive is hard to believe.Based on the outrageous charges for parts, I cannot recommend Arizona Irrigation Repair.

  Arizona Irrigation Repair did a great job repairing our irrigation leak. The office representative was very helpful in setting up an appointment and called back several times to work out the best dates and times for us We received emails confirming the appointment and also with the billing within minutes after the request for service was made and after the service was done. The person who came out to service our request, ******, was very prompt and made sure he texted 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was very nice and helpful and answered all of our questions regarding the leak and the repair. He did a great job with the repair and completed the evaluation and the repair in just a little over an hour. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for irrigation repair.
