We went to Ed ************************ to swap a Pandora ***** on my bracelet, and **** was really helpful. She made it super easy to find the one I was looking for. Ive been collecting *****s on my ***** bracelet for a long time. While I looked at the *****s they had, she was very patient and nice. They had lots of *****s to choose from and I ended up getting the perfect Arizona ***** to celebrate our time out there before we headed back home. Big thanks to Ed ************************ and **** for being so helpful!

A few weeks ago, I went in to ** **********************s to sell some old jewelry that I hadnt worn in years. ****** helped me out and right away I felt comfortable with her. ****** was really professional and friendly and mentioned she had been a jewelry appraiser for a very long time. It was very clear she knows her stuff and made the whole process easy and understandable for me. It was the first time I had ever sold jewelry for cash before.I got a good price for my jewelry, which made me happy. Most of it was gold bracelets and necklaces but I also had a few smaller diamond pieces. It's great that ** ********************** also takes walk-ins and is open on Saturdays for selling. Because of my good experience with ****** and how smooth everything was, I'll definitely come back next time I need to buy or sell jewelry!E D Marshall Jewelers

We recently visited ED ********************** after seeing their TV commercial a few months back and were surprised at the selection of jewelry and pre-owned watches. My husband and I decided to personalize my engagement ring at their store, and we returned to purchase our wedding bands as well. It was clear that ED ********************** is a family-operated business, as we chatted with one of the members of the ownership team when we were at the store (his name was *****). She provided me with an outstanding experience when I went in to buy a new emerald ********* She went above and beyond about each type and style and how theyll wear over time. Ive never bought a high-end watch before so I was nervous going shopping for my first Rolex worried I was going to get a bad deal. The staff at E.D. ********************** explained everything I should be thinking about werent pushy at all. Real unprofessional. They run commercials then tell you they don't need your business because they already have too much inventory. The young girl with waist length hair called herself an appraiser, but it was really a bad joke of an interaction. She made poor eye contact and did not smile or act professionally, or describe the details of the sale. She was a millennial who hates to do business in person and doesn't have any social skills with other adults, that much she displayed in the short interaction. What a crack operation this is. She was not skilled enough to call herself an appraiser. She just simply said their inventory was high and could only give me less than 100 for each for the gold rings, denying any value on the *********** in one ring and a huge blue amethyst in another. I wasted time and energy giving them a chance and now I'm telling you about the problems so you can drive right by and not waste your time. It's a scam and they don't want your business. If they did they would not put an inexperienced young underskilled person in there who has no social skills. Don't bother!E D Marshall Jewelers

My boyfriend and I stopped by ED ********************** when we were in the market for a new Rolex watch. I had heard good things about their selection from friends that had purchased jewelry there before. We chatted with ******* and **** while we were there and both were very helpful and knowledgeable about the specific reference # we were looking for - it was a harder model to find, but luckily they had the perfect one.Pricing was competitive and the service was good - glad we found them and I love my new Rolex.Will definitely be going back again!E D Marshall Jewelers

One of the finest jewelers in town. Our family and numerous friends, have dealt only with Ed ********************** for years. I always refer my clients to him, they always are very pleased. He is also very discreet.** is meticulous and will always do his best to exceed your expectations. He is fair. Huge bargains are not his thing, but quality is.There is a large staff and all are well educated on n their area f expertise.Its a bit overwhelming usually, too many fabulous new jewelry lines to see! Including some made by ** himself. Stunning watches, *****s, all the gems, even awesome Native American jewelry. In fact, ** told me he started with nothing, except a few pieces of Indian silver, and the rest is history.They also repair our jewelry, watches and expert ***** restringing. 1 starYIKES! BE CAREFUL SELLING YOUR JEWELRY OR SCRAP THERE!! THEY FALSE ADVERTISE WHAT THEY PAY.Just letting everyone know to know the value of your jewelry before going to E.D. *********************** They DO NOT give the best prices like they advertise. In fact, they will rob you blind like they did day before yesterday when my grandmother died and I went in needing money to help bury her and pay for airline tickets and hotel for over a week. She gave me only $1600! At first it was only $650! I SOLD HER A TON OF SILVER AND DIDNT GET 20% over SCRAP VALUE, EITHER TIME, FOR GOLD OR SILVER.She said she wanted to pop the stone out! I could just throw up right now thinking back.The appraiser, *********************, had to take it to another appraiser to tell me it was a rare ring. Duh! Over 24ct round cut Peridot in 18k gold and surrounded in diamonds. When I saw a similar one on their website , not as nice either, for $16,000 ON SALE FOR $12,000.00!That is some profit and mine will sell for much more!I wish I could attach pictures here. I left reviews on ****** and Yelp. Thankfully I was under duress and can get my ring back! I BETTER! Im so upset they take advantage of people like this and she acted as if she did me a favor! Be careful of *********************, appraiser. I will update this post letting you know the outcome.
