    3-27-2024 Initial clean up for yard. A **** in the back was not cut according to what we discussed at the initial consultation. I did tell him that I was unhappy with the way it looked **** then was paid $1900. 700 for the initial cleanup of the yard and the other deposit was towards the four trees That we had discussed according to the initial my husband and I told him that we wanted the trees to be 6 to 8 feet tall I did ask him if I could go to the nursery with him to help pick out the trees the nursery he went was *** nurseries on seventh and Carefree Highway. He told me that I cant because they only sell to contractors which I found out later that is not true. If you are with the contractor, you can go and pick out the trees, 4-24-2024 the four trees that came today for planting Were not 6 to 8 feet tall my husband was on the phone with him and telling him these trees are not what we discussed. What can we do about this **** then proceeded to hand phone back to me and went to the trailer started taking trees off the trailer, He then stated. All people from ******* are Rude. I asked him not to take the trees off the trailer. This is not what we paid him for. The trees were about 4 feet dwarf fruit trees. The cost was not $1200 and now they are not even planted in the ground. We would like a partial refund of $600 that we paid him for trees that were supposed to be 6 to 8 feet tall.
