    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had while using your services. My family and I paid $1,000 to hire a limo bus for a special outing to view Christmas lights, hoping to provide a memorable evening for my elderly mother-in-law, two infants, and a woman undergoing cancer treatment. We were assured that we would receive a large enough bus to accommodate 20 people with sufficiently large windows to allow our group to enjoy the sights from within the vehicle, as most of them were unable to walk or stand outside in the cold.Unfortunately, we were provided with a party bus that had completely blacked-out windows, rendering it impossible for anyone inside to see the Christmas lights. Instead of the joyous experience we anticipated, we were left feeling frustrated and disappointed. We made a brief stop at one home where we were told we could exit to see the lights; however, my elderly mother-in-law, the two mothers with infants, and our guest with cancer were unable to leave the bus in the freezing weather.We ultimately requested the driver take us to a park where some of us could walk and look at the lights while those unable to do so waited inside the bus. After limited enjoyment and an overall negative experience, we requested to be taken home ******** addition to this disappointing service, I have been attempting to secure a refund for over a month. my efforts have been met with silence and vague responses. During my second follow-up call, I was advised to anticipate not receiving a refund, which further illustrates the lack of accountability your company displays for its service failures.I am appalled by the lack of concern or responsibility from Limos.com. Given our clear requests, the experience was utterly unacceptable. I urge potential customers to reconsider using your services for any events. Based on my experience, it appears that Limos.com prioritizes profit over customer, regardless of the quality of the service provided.

    I booked a return trip from the airport. After my trip I was charged an additional $14.00 for tolls and $15.00 for parking. Tolls in ******* were suspended at the time due to a hurricane which had come through a few days earlier. I did not request or was told I would have a meet and greet which is what the parking fee is for I would assume. I have emailed Limos.com several times and have still not received a response even though I have received an automated response that they would respond within 24 hours. This is completely unacceptable.
