      I am writing to formally dispute inaccurate information reported by Cashtime Title Loans on my credit report. I have noticed several omissions and inaccuracies regarding my account with them, which I believe are negatively impacting my credit score.

      Mrs. ******* obtained her loan from Cash Time Title Loans, **** on August 15th 2024, then became delinquent in November of 2024. The remaining balance on her account is $1,996 which was charged off in January 2025. The credit reporting agency is accurately reporting the status of Mrs. ******* account. If Mrs. ******* would like to resolve this matter and negotiate a settlement on her account; she may contact **** ******** at ************.

      My name is ***** *********, and I represent ******************** ******** is a customer who purchased a 2015 Kia ****** (VIN: *****************) from B&G Auto Sales on June 7, 2023. Desert Finance perfected its lien on the vehicle in July 2023.However, Cash Time recorded a subsequent lien on the same vehicle in April 2025. In May 2025, the vehicle was repossessed and sold, but the sale proceeds were insufficient to satisfy the full balance owed to us as the senior lienholder.We properly notified Cash Time, the junior lienholder, that there were no remaining funds available to satisfy their subordinate lien and requested that they release it. Despite this, ***** ****** at Cash Time has informed me that they refuse to remove their lien from the vehicle record.We believe this is improper and are seeking your assistance to resolve the issue and ensure that the junior lien is removed accordingly.

      Mr. Ladouceur contacted our office and spoke to Mrs. Norma Viegas. The manner in which Mr. Ladouceur spoke to her and subsequent employees was both disrespectful and unprofessional. His whole purpose in contacting us was to tell us to release our lien. According to a portion of the Arizona Administrative Code Title 17, Chapter 4: "Liens are valued in the order that they are filed and recorded on the vehicle or mobile home record. However, the Division considers the primary lien recorded on the vehicle or mobile home record to be above all other subsequent liens or encumbrances." Mr. Ladouceur did not need us to release our lien, being the "primary" lien holder, or lien holder in the 1st position, normally all Mr. Ladouceur would need to do is file for a repossessed title, and we would have been removed as the 2nd lien holder. Currently, we are working with VINtek, the State of Arizona's ELT provider, to release this lien.  Cash Time has submitted the electronic lien release to the state, and they should be releasing the lien once the Arizona Department of Transportation - Motor Vehicle Division has processed the request. In the future, if Mr. Ladouceur needs any assistance from Cash Time Title Loans, Inc. he may contact Hyun O'Connor by email at [email protected].

      I am not liable for this debt with CASH TIME TITLE LOANS IN , They did not provide me with original contract as requested or balance information nothing, not even an email.

      Mrs. ***** ******* obtained a loan with Cash Time Title Loans, **** on 9/3/2019. Mrs. ******* paid this loan off in full and Cash Time had reported a positive tradeline to the credit bureau. I have spoken to Mrs. ******* and because the loan was paid off in full and she is in good standing with us, we will honor her request and have the tradeline removed.

      I had a registration loan with this company. I was struggling to make payments due to inflation and had to get rid of the car. Id like to settle my balance, and what they are now claiming that I owe is completely different than what I am seeing when I log in online. I tried calling twice and was directed to their litigation department who harassed me and I got no resolution. Id like something in writing that I can settle this account and be done with these scammers for around $300.

      This loan was charged off back in March 2023, the pay-off amount on the web portal displayed the payoff amount as of that date which is the $532.00. The amount the litigation department quoted was the pay off as of 6/12/23. Cash Time will accept a settlement amount of $500.00. This amount would stop any future collection efforts by our litigation office. ******************** can call manager *************************** at ************ to make this payment or payment arrangements to collect the $500.00.
