      I am filing a complaint against Airpark Pak N Ship for mishandling my mail and terminating my account in retaliation after I raised concerns about lost mail.I was a customer of ******************** when they mishandled a Certified Mail return receipt (M24524) that was critical for a legal matter. When I last inquired about the item, they refused to search for it and stated that it was stolen/lost. This failure to properly handle incoming mail is a violation of their responsibility as a ******************************** (CMRA).After I escalated my concerns to iPostal1, Airpark Pak N Ship canceled my account. ******** confirmed in writing that my account was closed due to my complaints. My account was only terminated after I raised concerns about the missing mail, which strongly suggests this was a retaliatory action rather than a standard business decision.Airpark Pak N Ship has been my business address for at least six months. Due to their actions, I now have to halt certain business operations until I find a new ****. I also have to update my address with businesses, government agencies, and other correspondents while managing disruptions caused by undelivered or returned time-sensitive mail. These disruptions are an immediate consequence of Airpark Pak N Ships refusal to search for my missing mail and their retaliatory termination of my account.
