    I brought a package to the UPS Store #7001 to be sent to ******. I submitted a printed the address of the recipient. I asked the clerk to replicate it on the shipping label. Also, I asked the clerk to verify on my behalf, the address which appeared on a small computer screen because I am 76 year old and I am visually impaired.The clerk made a mistake in the recipient's address and then negligently failed to verify the address and to make a correction according to my request and a s a result the package was never delivered to the recipient, but return back to me.When I became being aware of the mistake I went to the store to ask for their assistance to correct the mistake and to make sure that the package will be delivered to the recipient, but, unfortunately, I was not provided any help.After, the package was return to my possession, I visited the store again and told the clerk, ******* that since the service for which I paid did not take place I am entitled to the full refund besides the fact that my package was not received caused me a substantial harm. ******* promise that my matter will be resolved positively for me she assured me the she will be calling me later that day or the next at the latest day after speaking with her superiors. I did not received any phone calls from ******* or a store owner, **** *******. In a couple of days I called the store twice myself to speak to ******* and inquire why she broke her promise to call me and if I can collect the refund which she promised I would receive. To my astonishment a person who answered the phone on both occasions told me that ******* is very busy, but she knows that I am expecting her phone call and she will call my by the end of the day. More than 10 day went by and I am still have not heard ******* or from anybody from the UPS Store #7001.
