      I paid for lazer lipo and every time I tried to make an appointment it was canceled. Now the business has been permanently closed. I have been promised a refund. But no one will confirm when I will receive one.

      My husband bought me a certificate for 8 non surgical laser lipo treatments. The amount paid was $151.00. I tried several times to make contact right after Christmas. I have our entire text conversation on my phone . Sky said because of the delay, she would offer two upgrades in service. The other night my husband said the Groupon account refunded $113.00. While I understand medical issues, there was no communication about the cancellation of service. I expect a full refund as well as the price of upgraded services. Not only have I waited three months for the service, I have to find a reliable place for the service I am requesting at a height cost.
