    They ****.they took over my apts parking took away guest parking. And rent those spots out. Now nowhere for guests to park.they park where they want.your supposed to go to app on phone take pictures and report all this stuff for nothing to happen. Meanwhile they want you or me to be exact a disabled person to pay **** to park else where which is very wrong

    As the Director of Customer Success here at Zark ********************, Ive personally reviewed the issues youve faced at Westwood Apartments, and Im committed to addressing this to ensure we support all our residents and customers.


    Regarding guest parking, I assure you **** has not taken over all of the guest parking spots.  There is still open unnumbered guest parking available, and we encourage you to reach out to the onsite team for alternative solutions that might better suit your needs.


    After receiving your feedback, we determined that some parking spot numbers, including yours, are not as visible as they should be.  We have escalated this to the property management team to see what can be done to prevent future misunderstanding.


    Concerning the towing issue, we recognize that the process did not align with your expectations and caused a significant inconvenience.  Please know we are actively working to improve this by enhancing the integration of towing services within our Zark app.


    To express our apologies and commitment to your satisfaction, weve added a complimentary parking credit to your Zark account to use however you see fit.
