    This Company really screwed us and the sellers over hard core. We contacted this group because we were finally ready to buy a home, **** requested check stubs from me and my son, a couple days later he tells us we are good to go start looking, We spent a month looking and finally found the perfect home and deal, The seller MUST close on 05/21/2024 so they can close on their new home on 05/23/2024, We paid for the inspection and appraisal and everything was going great, 2 week before closing we get a email from them saying after reviewing your sons check stubs it doesn't seem he gets paid by hourly wage, (he gets paid by ******) he's a CDL truck driver. because he doesn't have 2 years of getting paid by milage they denied the loan. He had my sons check stubs for 2 months and didn't notice this until 2 weeks before closing, This was the second critical issue he made during the process. The first one was going to cost us additional $9500. So now the sellers cant close on there new house because we had to cancel on them, that was the worst part of this whole thing, I feel soooo bad.. Losing the $1200 from the inspection/appraisal was bad enough, DO NOT USE this funding group.
