    We hired this company to do a whole house remodel. They said it would take 4 months , ******* gave us a time frame which didnt happen . He started demo Beginning of August and said contractors will be there daily to continue the project . He lied about the whole project. People did not show up and my house was a shell .He had a big job before mine just as big , and was robbing ***** to pay **** . We gave a large some and our money would go to the other job and didnt have enough money to pay the subs at our job , thats why nobody was showing up . He lied about purchasing the kitchen cabinets, because he didnt have the money and said he did , got caught , lied about why people werent coming to the house . We finally had to hire a lawyer because of his own doing that got him in trouble and we were put in the middle . We finally parted ways because he breached the contract and that was in Feb so 7 months no finished project . He was going out to get new business so he could get draws from other people and doing the same to them . Please do not use this company, you will be sorry ! He put us thru h*** and back !! And Im sure other people.

    The contract on my job was signed in March of 2022, 2 years ago. When I read the 1 star reviews below I can only agree wholeheartedly. The damage to my existing property is/was extensive. The quality and safety issues are so bad, it's almost funny. Standard clothing closet that was 15" deep, doorway into new bathroom 21" wide, can lights installation out of alignment, small chandelier falling from ceiling not once, but twice, rooftop AC unit ( foolishly purchased from their ac company) not sealed causing water leakage, no drain line installed for AC, blown insulation only installed in center line of attic, no insulation in some exterior walls, electrical issues so extensive I hired an independent inspector to diagnose issues and then hired my own electrical contractor to remedy the problems due to safety concerns, bathroom exhausts vented into the attic, walls so it of square the floating shelves could not be installed as designed, exterior drainage directed towards stem wall, water damaged drywall installed now bubbling under paint, exterior stucco started 11/2022 still not complete. I could continue, but instead read ************************* review.. that reflects the same problems. ********************* review by their Salesman, *********************** review is the guy responsible for the majority of their work.. others are *******'s friends. What does it say about a company that does that? Remember my contract started spring of 2022, nobody has been here since August 2023 and now it's late February **** and they're not done. Oh, and we had NO materials delivery delays and Praveen and Company did NOT give me free work. All I ask is finish the job in a quality and workmanlike manner, then just go away. Be assured when ******* calls you "my Friend", you are not. Thank you for taking the time to read this lengthy review and take heed
