    On January 13, 2025 I ordered, on line, 2 needlepoint canvases from Quail Run Needlework totaling $390.95. The amount posted to my **** on 1-14-25. On 1-19-25 I called the business stating that I did not receive a confirmation or order number. On 1-20-25 I received an email from "****" of Quail Run stating that my canvases had to be painted and would be ready on February 23, 2025. On March 2, 2025 I emailed **** requesting an update on my order, but did not get a response. I have called the store numerous times since that time requesting an update on my order. I have been told that ****, or the owner, would call me back. My last attempt was Saturday, March 8, 2025. I was told the owner would return my call. I have heard nothing from the store regarding my purchase. I am requesting a refund in the amount of $390.95

    On 2/12/24 I purchased a needlepoint canvas on the website of Quail Run Needleworks. ( I live in ******) The name of the product is "Desert Council" and I have the credit card statement which is attached. I received an email from the shop on 2/16/24 advising that the canvas was not available in the correct size (18 mesh), but was on order and would arrive in March. To date, I have sent many emails and left many phone messages asking for an update on this order. For several months, they kept pushing the date forward and was advised that it was still on order. It is now October. I have recently sent additional emails and left phone messages requesting a refund, or at least an update. I have not received one reply in nearly two months. All I want now is a refund in the amount of $177.95.
