Refund and Exchange Policy

on suspension sales:  Returns accepted within 14 days from receipt of merchandise.  No returns accepted or refunds given on installed or used parts. If the customer ordered in error or has changed their mind, they can return unused items within the 14 days, but outbound and inbound shipping is not eligible for refund and there will be a 20% restocking fee which covers our costs to inspect, re-package, re-stock and covers credit card processing fees we incur.  Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number.  This number must be clearly written on the outside of the return, or the item could be refused at the dock.  If the incorrect product was shipped, all monies will be refunded at the time of return.  

on sliding ragtops:  All ragtops are custom, made to order, and therefore are not eligible for returns for refund.  We will work with you for as look as it takes to make sure any issues are addressed to your satisfaction.  

on VisionX Lighting:  Non special orders are returnable within 30 days for refund as long as the items are complete.  Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number which must be written clearly on the outside of the return or the item could be refused at our dock.  There could be a 15% restocking fee assessed on returns.  Most of VisionX lights come with a LIFETIME warranty, so if after the 30 day period, we are always here to help with any issues you may have.  The factory will require the return of the defective light in order to inspect.  


















If you, our customer either order in error or otherwise change
your mind post purchase, we are happy to accept your return.  We ask only
that you cover original outbound shipping cost, the cost to return the
unwanted items to us and in addition, our costs to open and inspect the
items, re-package and re-stock the items and fees we incur when we process
your credit card or PayPal payment.  In summary, you are responsible for
shipping charges both ways and 20% restock fees.  Your credit amount will
equal the actual price paid for the items only (less shipping) minus 20%.
Items received in less than perfect (new) condition are not eligible for a
refund.  Parts that appear to have been installed or partially installed are
not eligible for a refund.
