    I spent $799 with Autism-Products on a tree swing with the intention of surprising my family. Only after the stated shipping date and multiple inquiries did they inform me the product is on back order. Two months after that stated shipping date, I still do not have the swing and the company does not respond to my requests for an update. So far, I am out $799 with no swing. This company's approach to customer service and communication is incredibly disappointing and I regret sending them my money and trusting them to provide me with the product I ordered.

    Got what I ordered and quicker than estimated. Products were packaged carefully and all are quality items. I would order again for replacements if needed

    I've always had a good experience shopping with Autism-Products. Their service is friendly and professional, and everything I've ordered has been just like they described. The prices are fair for the type of specialized items they sell, and it's a nice bonus that they offer free shipping on orders over /$99. I'll definitely keep buying from them!

    Love this site. I started shopping Autism-Products December 2024 and have already placed two significant orders. Thats how confident I am.
