    Recently This company has been marked with a pattern of complaints alleging advertising issues, billing or collection issues, and customer service issues. Information in BBB files indicates the company's website offers consumers a free trial for a teeth whitening product with a shipping fee of $4.95. Consumers complain they were charged $90 to more than $100.00 for the free trial as a result of failing to cancel and being automatically enrolled in an auto ship program. Some complainants claim never receiving the product but were still charged. Others claim that even though they cancelled within the time period the company requires, they were charged and shipped additional product anyways. At this time the company has responded to some but not all BBB complaints stating that their policy for the 1 week trial is from the date of shipment and not on the date the consumer receives the product. As of 3/11/2014 the company has placed an easy cancel button on the home page of the websites in order to expedite the cancellation procedure for those consumers wishing to cancel after the free trial. BBB advises consumers to read and understand all terms and conditions before placing an order for any free trial.

      My husband bought the Bella toaster at home on ********** and ************* in ******************. He paid $ ***** dollars. My husband was cleaning the toaster and got cut in the middle of the metal and got cut from the toaster. And the toaster is doing a popping and it can be effective. We are on oxygen and we are recovering from covid. We just want the money back. Resolution we want our money back. We lost our receipt. We tried you guys and the company was rude to us. We want our money back. Thank you.
