  I chose this clinic because their ************ services was maximum savings with my insurance so I clicked the link to schedule, had to fill out a form and was informed someone would call me to schedule. Someone did call me to get me registered and scheduled. This is where it went downhill, the first poor encounter with them was a HIPAA violation when the scheduler sent me a new patient packet to fill out that had another patients information all on it. I emailed it back to her and told her it has someone's info on it, her reply was, "okay, thank you". I then had to request a blank packet to fill out and send back to her which I reluctantly did in fear that my packet would get passed on to someone else. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told she was on vacation and would be back "next week". Next, the following week, I arrived at the clinic for my ************ appointment (that I scheduled) only to be told it was with an ** for a consult because that is their policy, would have been nice to have been notified when I scheduled. I was informed I would have to pay a specialists copay of $100 instead of the ************ copay of $20. I advised them my specialist copay is $50 not $100 so they said they'd honor what was stated on my card ($50). The ************, ****** was nice enough to work me in to his busy schedule after learning what had transpired from day 1 with their office. He was amazing, caring and compassionate, I decided to give them another chance, only because of ******! I saw him 2 more times and then received a claim with my insurance stating I owe them $50 more for my initial visit, I called my insurance to inquire and they informed me the ** I saw was standard savings, not maximum, again, no one ever informed me of this, my insurance website has the chiropractor, which is who I thought I was scheduling with, at max savings, the clinic had me see someone who isn't! I called corp. left a message, 1 week later, still no call!

  Arizona pain management is the best is the best pain specialist I've ever seen I'm going to pain doctors for the last 20 years never had the experience is the best I've ever the doctors and the whole staff r very kind., caring and the best customer service is better then any *********************** I ever seen I love **** and ****** r the two best I've been to in my lifetime thank u for being so kind and sympathetic for my pain and thanks to the whole

  I honestly have only great comments to say in regards to AZ Pain and all the associates there...The physicians, physician's assistants are never in a rush to get you out the door, they listen well, are so very kind, empathetic and try so very much to alleviate and issues you might have. I have never ever had any issues with them and would highly recommend their services. I see ***** You and she is wonderful!

  **************, ** **** and front office crew are unbelievable!! They have exceeded my expectations in every respect. ************** found a tumor on my L3/4 of my spine and quickly recommended me to a neurosurgeon. Highly recommend ************** and his crew because they are truly there for their patients. Always!!!

  I have been a patient of Arizona pain for about 5 years, coming to them after my previous doctor retired, to treat pain from a long-standing injury. Every single person I have encountered, from the person who greets you at the front desk, to medical staff, to the providers who treat you, have been outstanding. This includes all staff at the 2 sites I attend - ************************************************ I appreciate being treated like a person, not a number, and am especially thankful for my current provider, ***********************, who listens, is empathetic, & works with you to establish the best treatment plan for your needs. I highly recommend Arizona Pain.
