      I purchased a patio this place in august. One of the items they had in stock and would deliver immediately and the other items were to be delivered sometime in the middle of sept I called for an update to the store in ******** and spoke to manager ****. He took several days and didnt get back to me. He finally did and said three of the pieces are available at the end of sept (still not delibery date) and the last one they have no idea and it can take six months. I told him i want to cancel the last one because initially indicated about 30 days. I never would have purchased and paid for everything if it would take six months!He said he would not refund because i signed a contract that said no refunds only in store credit. (I never got a copy of this supposed contract)I called their store i. ********** and expessed all i want is a refund on the last item (chaise lounge). and i would be a happy customer. She said it would not be in until Nov 15th. I told her i never agreed to that. She said she would send this matter to the owner to review. I told her i didnt want to hear feom **** because i didnt trust him. They never got back to me and **** called and left a message saying 3 of the peices would be available at the end of sept and the lounge at the end of october. I think he is lying so i wont pursue this matter furthwr. The lady in scottsdale and nov 15 was the earliest. At this point after reading reviews i do not trust them.I am asking for one of the following Delivery of the two chairs ans ottoman and a refund of the chaise lounge. Them i will have no complaints OR The refund the entire sale of everything not delivered. Thanks for you help. I will complain to the attorney general because this was a form of bait and switch. They promised delivery by a certain date when they knew it was impossible. Then he didnt tell me about no refindala I called the store in scottsdale and she
