    This complaint is in regards to the Club Pilates address: *********************************************************************************** *****.I have been a member with this gym & paying my members each month without any issue until after some personal issues in family, I needed to cancel the membership. I have tried to cancel my membership on 2 occasions but each time, was strung along to just freeze my account telling me I could not cancel because it wasnt in the 30 days prior, in which, they actually were each time. But just decided to freeze my account & deal with it later. I have emailed them as I have in other memberships, but this particular owner wants a form filled out each time & seems to send it after the 30 day window on purpose. This last time, when my freeze was about to end, I emailed telling them I want to cancel after my next payment . I have not been in this studio since November of 2024. But was willing to pay last payment to be done with this very unfair membership. I was actually out of the country when the payment was supposed to be paid on May 17, 2024, but unfortunately, that particular CC was stolen just weeks before & I completely forgot which CC that payment would be charged . Well immediately on May 17th, I started to receive threats, nasty emails, calls & texts that continued each day while I was out of the Country still to this day May 31st & that is why I am contacting BBB to issue a complaint for the extreme harassment from this particular owner of this Club Pilates. I reached out to them while I was out of the Country via email, phone & texts explaining the situation & that I would be paying via certified check once I return to from vacation. The staff was very insistent that I pay immediately with another **. I explained I was out of the country and I would not feel comfortable giving this info over the phone. . That was not what they wanted to hear & continue to harass me even after I dropped off certified check May 30th once I got to town.
