    Dealing with this company was five star from start to finish. They responded to me right away when I had an issue with my very large quickbooks file and kept me informed the whole way through the procedure they were performing. Would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again if needed.

    We were using an outdated accounting software and made the decision to switch to Quickbooks online, little did we realize that the data migration would be so challenging. However, Quickbooks Repair Pro did a wonderful job of converting our data for us at a very reasonable price. Their response time is wonderful and the turnaround time on the conversion was quick. I would definitely recommend Quickbooks Repair Pro!

    We had a huge QuickBooks file (2.4G) and a huge problem. We would crash all the time, have to rebuild constantly and having problems with 3rd party apps. We sent the file off over a recent holiday and got it back before we had to resume business. The file was substantially smaller and a lot more stable. I am very please with the results of the compression. There was some clean up after we got it back but that is to be expected.Very very happy with the reults.

    When my QuickBooks file had an error, and it couldnt self repair, I was stumped. And really worried!I searched around and ran across this company. They were able to fix my file and do it on the weekend so business was not disrupted. I was very happy with the service.

    I was so impressed with the customer service and quality of work from **********************! We had 170K errors, had contacted Quickbooks for help and could not get any. We also had been unable to condense for years. **** answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided very quick responses. The file we received uploaded to online and desktop versions with no problems or errors. Highly recommend!

    Wow! They turned a nightmare situation into a dream of a group to work with! VERY responsive to every e-mail and very knowledgeable. QB was nice enough to damage our database file and then recommend that I contact their database recovery group. Yeah, nope, I've worked with QB for over 20 years and have learned that they only want to pump out new features with new versions to get more sales that are covered in bugs. Anyway, I was fortunate to have found E-Tech on a web search and found their website to be very user-friendly and pricing to be reasonable. They came through ahead of time and really got us out of a major pinch. My hat is off to this company. Well done!

    We had an employee leave without notice and did not leave passwords to numberous companies. E-Tech quickly recovered passwords and the charge was very reasonable. The service was provided very quickly and everything worked fine. I recommend their service to anyone.
