    My business has been involved with Eco Vista Development, *** owned by *********************** for several years. Unfortunately, we failed to complete the vetting process to determine the reliability and integrity of *******, We have been in litigation for nearly two years gain access to the financial records of a joint land Development project in Avondale. ******* has refused all investors access to the financials and refused to return their capital investment long with their entitled share of the Net Profits.We anticipate going to trial in 2024.Recommend you avoid this unscrumptious and deceit owner!
