    Extremely challenging to say the least , recently purchased a house that BGRS was the relocation agent , terrible coordination They insisted on one closing date for the sale and then when THEY ran past the date and couldnt get their client relocated we had to pay for the increased closing cost , would highly suggest when buying a house where they are involved to add a stipulation that if they over the agreed upon date they cover the difference

    I'm a real estate broker who recently worked with this relocation company for my seller client. They were terrible with coordination, communication, and closing. Brokers beware!

    I work for the federal government, and have needed to use BGRS for relocations a number of times. The process for submitting claims on their website is poorly designed and frustrating. Their internal policies are often nonsense. Their employees are more often than not completely incompetent, likely due to them not understanding the policies and directives that they are working under. I've phoned their hotline multiple times with the same question, and each time I've gotten a different agent, who would give me a different answer to my question, demonstrating that no one within the company really has any idea what's going on. I've often had completely legitimate claims rejected, only to be then accepted when I resubmit with minimal or no changes, which is frustrating because it takes at least 25 days for a Claim to get processed either way. This is a company is entirely frustrating to deal with, and the fact that the government contracts out to them for these services, despite the known problems, is upsetting.
